Your Story…
Held in Bloom.
A safe space to tend
to your inner garden.
The Approach
Healing begins in the space where your story meets your body’s wisdom. My work welcomes both into the room. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist, blending trauma healing with energy work to help you meet every part of yourself with compassion.
Every path here is collaborative. You bring your truth, I bring presence and skill, and together we cultivate the ground where wholeness can take root and bloom.
Your Story Is Only Beginning
Your Story Is Only Beginning
ServicesMy work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection—with ourselves, our bodies, and our lived experiences. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) with somatic and energy work practices to support deeper self-understanding, nervous system healing, and a more compassionate relationship with all parts of yourself. See below to learn more.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
A compassionate approach to healing the inner world, where every part of you has a voice and a role. Through guided meditative exploration, fragmented or protective parts find safety and belonging, creating an inner ecosystem rooted in Self-leadership and trust.
Rather than pathologizing symptoms, we become curious about the strategies that have helped you survive. Protectors are honored for their devotion, exiled parts are met with care, and burdens carried for years can begin to soften. As your system experiences more internal safety, reactivity decreases and clarity grows. What emerges is coherence — an inner relationship built on compassion, confidence, and choice.
Autistic Empowerment
An informed, affirming approach to understanding the autistic experience. I support autistic adults in unmasking, exploring internalized ableism, and reconnecting with their authentic ways of being. Together, we make space for sensory needs, communication styles, and nervous system patterns to be understood and honored.
Guidance is also available for those curious about their own neurodivergence and clinicians seeking consultation.
About Sophie
How I Got Here
I am autistic, genderqueer, and multiply disabled (she/her), and I bring lived experience as a survivor of complex trauma. I guide people through deep transformation using evidence-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and integrative healing practices that I know work, because I’ve used them myself. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and other somatic and energetic tools that help the mind, body and spirit reconnect in safety. I hold certifications in IFS, Reiki, Trauma-Conscious Yoga (see below for a complete list), and I continue to train with leaders in the fields of neuroscience, trauma recovery, and spiritual growth.
Each session is tailored to the individual—honoring your lived experience while providing practical, science-backed pathways for lasting change. My work is about helping you find clarity, compassion, and sustainable healing.
