Your Story…
Held in Bloom.

A safe space to tend
to your inner garden.

The Approach

Healing begins in the space where your story meets your body’s wisdom. My work welcomes both into the room. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist, blending trauma healing with energy work to help you meet every part of yourself with compassion. I also share educational presentations that honor the autistic experience, opening doors to deeper understanding and connection.

Psychedelic integration is another facet of my practice, offering a safe space to anchor insights, dissolve inner conflict, and step into greater clarity. Every path here is collaborative. You bring your truth, I bring presence and skill, and together we cultivate the ground where wholeness can take root and bloom.
